About tuntunre
Producing one new pair of jeans requires approximately 7,500 liters of water. By upcycling, Tuntunre provides "new" products with zero additional water waste.
Why Tuntunre?
When you choose Tuntunre, you are making a three-fold investment:
- For the Planet: Actively reducing the carbon footprint of the fashion industry and protecting our marine ecosystems from textile waste.
- For the People: We create Green Jobs for Women, training local artisans in circular manufacturing and digital literacy.
- For the Future: Every product features a Digital Product Passport (DPP). This tech-enabled transparency allows you to track your bag’s origin, access repair guides, and know what makes up your bag.
For the Planet
Every piece upcycles rescued denim, saving thousands of litres of water and keeping textile waste out of landfills and oceans.
For the People
We create Green Jobs for women artisans in Nigeria, training them in circular manufacturing and digital skills.
For the Future
Each product carries a Digital Product Passport — full transparency on materials, makers, and impact.
